While we offer standard models (Essential, Comfort, Wellness for domes; Compact, Family, Grand for A-frames), every aspect can be customized — from floor plans and window placement to materials and finishes. Our design team works with you to create your perfect home. ### Are the homes suitable for year-round living? Yes! Our homes are designed for permanent residence. They feature high-quality insulation (cork and hempcrete), double-glazed windows, and are engineered to withstand the Azorean climate including Atlantic storms, humidity, and seismic activity. ### What about building permits? We handle the entire permitting process in partnership with local architects and municipal authorities. Our team is experienced with Azorean building regulations and will guide you through every step, from initial application to final approval. ### Can the homes be off-grid? Yes! We offer complete off-grid packages including solar panels (5-10 kW), rainwater harvesting systems (50-100 m³ annual collection), composting toilets, and greywater recycling.
