AzorHomeLodge Lda, N.I.P.C. 519367014, registered at Rua Dr Arriaga Nunes 36, Valverde 9950-362, Madalena, Ilha do Pico, Açores, Portugal, hereinafter referred to as "AzorHomeLodge", is responsible for the website https://azorhomelodge.com and the construction and installation services of modular structures in the Azores.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website azorhomelodge.com and the services provided by AzorHomeLodge, namely:

• Design, supply, and installation of geodesic domes and A-Frame homes
• CASCO (shell/structure) installations and turnkey solutions
• Technical consultancy and support for construction projects in the Azores
• Information on properties available for sale, rental, or new construction

By using this website or requesting our services, the user fully accepts these Terms of Service.

The user agrees to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Transmit illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website without authorisation
• Use automated tools to extract data from the website without prior consent
• Interfere with the technical operation of the website

AzorHomeLodge reserves the right to suspend website access for users who violate these conditions.

By submitting a contact or property enquiry form, the user authorises AzorHomeLodge to contact them in response to their request. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form does not create any contractual relationship. A contract is only formed after a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Construction and installation contracts are governed by specific terms agreed in writing with each client, including:

• Scope of work: defined in a detailed technical proposal
• Timelines: estimated in the proposal, subject to weather conditions and material availability
• Payment plan: as described in the Pricing & Financing section of the website
• Warranties: structural 10 years; waterproofing 5 years; finishes 2 years
• Permits: obtaining construction permits is the client's responsibility; AzorHomeLodge may provide technical support

The standard payment plan for construction projects is:

• Project Reservation: 7.5% of total value (non-refundable after project commencement)
• Phase 1 — Permit & Project Start: 30% minus reservation
• Phase 2 — On-Site Assembly Start: 30%
• Phase 3 — Construction Completion: 30%
• Phase 4 — Final Handover: 10%

Alternative payment plans may be agreed in writing.

All website content — including texts, images, logos, designs, technical plans, and software — is the property of AzorHomeLodge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorisation from AzorHomeLodge is prohibited.

AzorHomeLodge is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or inability to access it, including data loss, business interruption, or damage caused by computer viruses.

AzorHomeLodge's liability under construction contracts is limited to the contract value, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.

These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the Court of Horta (Faial), without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

AzorHomeLodge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
